Short Description
Jonah Hex: Two Gun Mojo is a gritty five-issue horror-western miniseries from DC’s Vertigo imprint. Featuring gunfights, the undead, and dark humor, this cult favorite by Joe R. Lansdale and Timothy Truman delivers a haunting take on the Old West.
The Story
Jonah Hex – Two Gun Mojo plunges readers into a wild, blood-soaked frontier where bullets and black magic collide. Set in a twisted version of the Old West, the tale follows disfigured bounty hunter Jonah Hex—a lone wolf haunted by scars both visible and hidden—as he stumbles upon a gang trafficking in dark voodoo and undead horrors.
After being left for dead by outlaws and saved by an old friend, Jonah uncovers a ghastly plot involving zombie gunslingers and necromantic experiments. With his grit, guns, and sheer will, Hex must unravel the mystery and deliver his own brand of violent justice.
Filled with macabre humor, splatter-style violence, and the bleak beauty of western gothic, this series redefined the antihero narrative and injected supernatural horror into the western genre.
